About the instructor

About me

I am a Google Developer Expert for Web Technologies, based in Munich. I work on web performance and run workshops on building with AI agents across Europe.

Day to day I lead the Web Performance Intelligence team at Speed Kit. We combine data from real visitors with AI tools to watch our customers' websites, find what to improve, and fix problems fast. My talks share what works, and what does not, when you use AI in real engineering work.

Why this workshop

A few years ago, building and publishing a good website in two hours was out of reach for a beginner. Today an agent writes the code. What makes the difference now is how you lead it: a plan before code, one task at a time, current knowledge, and checks you can trust.

This workshop practises exactly that, Role by Role. You leave with a live site of your own, and with a way of working you can use on your next project.
